Job Summary:
To design and deliver personalized educational programs for students with special needs, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Duties:
- Assess and identify students’ needs
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adapt curricula and teaching methods
- Manage classroom behavior and dynamics
- Collaborate with therapists, professionals, and parents
- Monitor progress and adjust instruction
Experience :
At least two to three years of practical experience in the relevant field is preferable but not
less than two years. The industry-specific academic qualification will be considered as an
added experience.

Special Education Assistant:
Job Summary:
To support students with special needs, assisting them with academic, social, and personal development under the supervision of a Special Needs Teacher.
Duties:
- Assist with implementing IEPs
- Support students with daily living skills
- Adapt materials and resources
- Facilitate social interactions and inclusion
- Provide emotional support and guidance
- Assist with data collection and progress monitoring
Experience :
